【Abstract】 Autoimmune rheumatic diseases are considered to be influenced by genetic and environmental factors.Cigarette smoking,which interacts with genetic factors,has become an important risk factor of rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,systemic sclerosis,Graves’diseases and antiphospholipid syndrome.Potential mechanisms about the effect of smoking on immune system are reviewed.更多还原
