【摘要】 目的测定广西境内不同产区土茯苓中落新妇苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(34∶66),检测波长为291 nm。结果不同产区土茯苓中落新妇苷含量差异较大,但都符合2010年版《中国药典(一部)》要求。结论文中所作试验为有效开发利用广西地区的土茯苓提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of astilbin in Smilax glabra Roxb from different places in Guangxi.Methods HPLC method was used.A Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1%acetic acid glacial(34:66),the detecting wavelength was at 291 nm.Results The content of astilbin in Smilax glabra Roxb of different place has large difference.But all conform to 2010 edition China Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion This method can provide a scientific index for effective development and utilization of Smilax glabra Roxb in the region.更多还原
