【摘要】 目的分析住院患者退药原因,减少患者退药。方法收集住院药房退药申请单10622份,对退药原因、种类和退药金额进行统计分析。结果住院药房2009年1月至12月共退药29784次,退药品种274种,退药金额为134.93万元。退药原因主要为修改医嘱、患者拒用或出院转科、输入错误、患者死亡、药房缺药和药物不良反应等。结论应加强药品规范化管理,减少退药,保证临床用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reasons for drug repercussion in inpatients and to find solutions for reducing drug repercussion behavior.Methods 10 622 application forms for inpatients drug repercussion were collected and statistically analyzed on the reasons,types and cost of drug repercussions.Results There were 29 784 case-times of drug repercussion in inpatients between Jan.and Dec.2009.The returned drugs totaled 274 different types.The amount of money for the returned drugs was 1 349.3 thousand Yuan.The reasons for drug repercussion were mainly modification of medical orders,patient′s rejecting or patient′s discharge from hospital and patient′s transferring to other departments,data inputting error,patient′s death,lacking drug in pharmacy and adverse drug reaction,etc.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the drug normalization administration so as to reduce drug repercussion and ensure safe and effective medication in clinic.更多还原
