【摘要】 目的对厚朴中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的提取工艺进行优化。方法采用乙醇提取法,以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚得率为评价指标,采用正交设计法对提取工艺进行优化。结果优选的提取工艺为料液比为8,70%乙醇,提取3次,每次2h。结论通过正交设计法优选的厚朴提取工艺简单合理、稳定可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction technique for magnolol and honoliol in magnoliae cortex.Methods The alcohol extraction technique were studied by orthogonal design with the yield of magnolol and honoliol as the investigative indexes.Results The optimum extraction technique is adding 8 times volume of 70%alcohol,decocting 3 times for 2 hours each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction technique is simple,reasonable,stable and reproducible.更多还原
