【摘要】 目的探讨复方阿司匹林软膏剂的最佳处方及柠檬桉叶油对阿司匹林透皮扩散作用的影响。方法用正交试验法对复方阿司匹林软膏处方进行优化;用离体家兔皮肤作为试验材料,用药物透皮仪对软膏中阿司匹林进行透皮扩散试验,紫外分光光度法测定阿司匹林透皮扩散的累积渗透量,配对t检验法验证柠檬桉叶油对阿司匹林是否有促透作用。结果复方阿司匹林软膏的最佳处方是阿司匹林占2%,十二烷基硫酸钠占1.2%,硬脂醇占20%,柠檬桉叶油占1%,三乙醇胺占2%。柠檬桉叶油能明显提高软膏中阿司匹林的皮肤累积渗透量和稳态渗透流量(P<0.05)。结论柠檬桉叶油对阿司匹林有透皮促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the best prescription of Compound Aspirin Ointment and the effect of citriodora oil on the transdermal diffusion action of aspirin.Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the prescription of Compound Aspirin Ointment.With the rabbit skin in vitro as test material,aspirin in the ointment was performed the transdermal diffusion test by the medicinal transdermal delivery and the accumulation permeation amounts of aspirin in the ointment were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The paired t test was adopted to verify the effect of citriodora oil on the transdermal delivery enhancing action of aspirin.Results The best prescription of Compound Aspirin Ointment was 2%of aspirin,1.2%of sodium lauryl sulfate,20%of stearyl alcohol,1%of citriodora oil and 2%triethanolamine.Citriodora oil had the enhancement effects on the accumulation permeation and steady permeation flux of aspirin in the ointment with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Citriodora oil could enhance the transdermal delivery of aspirin in the ointment.更多还原
