【摘要】 目的了解医院脊柱外科清洁手术围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况,并评价其合理性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取某三甲医院脊柱外科2009年1月至6月住院患者的出院病历100份,对围手术期预防性不合理使用抗菌药物的情况进行调查和分析。结果 100份病历中,围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用率为100%,其中38%为单一用药,59%为二联用药,3%为三联用药。结论该院脊柱外科围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物时,在药物选择、用法用量方面的不合理现象较突出,必须对医生加强合理使用抗菌药物的培训,建立有效的监督管理机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics and to evaluate the rationality of drug use in the spinal surgery department of a 3A-grade hospital.Methods A retrospective survey method was used.A hundred inpatients’records were randomly selected from Jan.2009 to Jun.2009 in the spinal surgery department of a 3A-grade hospital and the irrational use of preventive antibacterial drugs was investigated and analyzed.Results The total application rate of antibiotics during perioperative period in the spinal surgery department was 100%,in which 38% as single medication,59% as the two-drug joint medication and 3% as the triple-drug joint medication.Conclusion In application of antimicrobial agents in the spinal surgery department,the unreasonable conditions in aspects of drugs selection,usage and dosage was serious.The doctor’s knowledge training of reasonable antibacterials use should be strengthened and the effective supervision and management mechanism should be established.更多还原
