【摘要】 目的建立测定心舒片中葛根素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用PhenomenexC18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),检测波长250 nm。结果葛根素进样量在0.104～1.04μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.40%,RSD为1.19%(n=6)。结论所建立的高效液相色谱法快速、准确,可用于心舒片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents of puerarin in Xinshu Tablets.Methods HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water.The detection wavelength was at 250 nm.Results The calibration curve of puerarin was linear in the range of 0.104-1.04μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 98.40%,RSD=1.19%(n=6).Conclusion The method is quick and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Xinshu Tablets.更多还原
