【摘要】 目的研究龙胆苍耳合剂的制备及质量检测方法。方法采用蒸馏法与水提醇沉法相结合制备龙胆苍耳合剂;采用薄层色谱法对处方中的龙胆草、川芎、黄芩、薄荷进行定性鉴别。结果处方中的龙胆草、川芎、黄芩、薄荷均能用薄层色谱法检测。结论蒸馏法与水提醇沉法结合制备龙胆苍耳合剂工艺简便、可靠;薄层色谱法用于龙胆苍耳合剂的定性检测准确、灵敏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the preparation of Longdancanger Mixture and its quality detection method.Methods The distillation and water extraction alcoholic precipitation methods were used to prepare Longdancanger Mixture.TLC method was adopted to qualitatively identify gentian,Szechuan lovage rhizome,radix scutellariae and mint in the prescription.Results Gentian,Szechuan lovage rhizome,radix scutellariae and mint in the prescription all could be detected by TLC.Conclusion The distillation method combined with water extraction alcoholic precipitation method for preparing Longdancanger Mixture is simple and reliable in technology;TLC for the qualitative testing of Longdancanger Mixture is accurate and sensitive.更多还原
