【摘要】 目的在动物体内验证九味腰痛胶囊的临床毒副反应及性质。方法连续90 d对大鼠口服给药九味腰痛胶囊125,250,500 mg/kg,并设对照组,观察用药期间的毒性反应及停药21d期间的恢复情况。结果用药期间各剂量组大鼠均未见异常情况,停药后各组大鼠均正常。结论九味腰痛胶囊对大鼠无毒性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To verify the clinical toxicity,adverse effects and properties of Jiuwei Yaotong Capsule by animal experiment.Methods Rats were given oral Jiuwei Yaotong Capsule in a dose of 125,250,500 mg/kg for successive 90 d and the control group was established.The toxic reactions during medication and the recovery condition within 21 d of stopping medication were observed.Results No obvious abnormalities were observed in the high,middle,low dosage groups.All the toxic symptoms restored and disappeared after medication withdrawal.Conclusion Jiuwei Yaotong Capsule has no toxicity to rats.更多还原
