原子吸收分光光度法测定自制营养液中钾钠镁的含量

【摘要】 目的建立对自制营养液中钾、钠、镁等含量测定的方法。方法分别以氯化钠和氯化锶为消电离剂,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果钾、钠、镁的平均回收率分别为99.1%,98.5%,100.0%(n=9),RSD分别为0.77%,1.51%和0.99%。结论该方法的线性、精密度、准确度等均良好。可用于该自制营养液中钾元素、钠元素、镁元素的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a content determination method for kalium(K),natrium(Na) and magnesium(Mg)in a self-made nutrient solution by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS). Methods Sodium chloride(NaCl)and strontium chloride(SrCl2) were used as deionization agents,respectively and K,Na and Mg were determined by FAAS method. Results The average recovery of K,Na and Mg were 99.1%,98.5%,100.0%(n=9)and RSD were 0.77%,1.51% and 0.99%,respectively. Conclusion This method showed good linearity,precision and accuracy,which can be used for quality control of K,Na and Mg in the self-made nutrient solution.
