【摘要】 目的研究昆仑雪菊中氨基酸的含量及种类。方法利用氨基酸自动分析仪测定昆仑雪菊中的氨基酸。结果昆仑雪菊中含有17种氨基酸,其中8种为人体必需氨基酸,游离氨基酸总量达到10.81%。结论昆仑雪菊具有较好的营养保健价值和开发前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the contents and kinds of amino acids in dried Coreopsis tinctoria flower originated from Kunlun Mountain. Methods In this study,the automatic amino acid analyzer was used for determination. Results The flower contained seventeen amino acids,eihgt of which were human essential amino acids.The percentage of total free amino acids reached to 10.81% of dried Coreopsis tinctoria flower. Conclusion Coreopsis tinctoria flower has a good nutritional value and development prospective.更多还原
