【摘要】 目的:观察无张力修补术对腹股沟疝的疗效、复发率及并发症情况。方法:将2009年12月~2010年12月收治的84例腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组(给予无张力修补术治疗)与对照组(给予传统修补术治疗),每组各42例,比较两组的疗效、复发率及并发症情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量少,术后下床活动时间早,住院时间短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组并发症比较,观察组的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6、12个月观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝操作简单、并发症少、复发率低,患者痛苦少、恢复快,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia recurrence rate and the efficacy and complications.Methods:84 cases were randomly divided into observation group(treated by tension-free repair) and control group(treated by traditional repair),each 42 cases.The efficacy,recurrence rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood loss of observation group was significantly less,postoperative ambulation was significantly earlier,and hospital stay time was significantly shorter(all P<0.05).Complications of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3,6,12 months after operation,the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tension-free inguinal hernia repair is simple,with few complications,recurrence rate,patients with less pain,quicker recovery,and it is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
