【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析老年人胰腺癌临床表现,延误诊治的原因,诊治过程及转归,探讨早期发现、诊断和治疗的正确方法。方法:采用多医院长时间大宗病例回顾性荟萃分析。结果:胰腺癌早期症状不明显,几乎所有病例均存在不同时间的误诊期,从而直接影响到治疗方法、治疗效果和生存时间。结论:胰腺癌起病隐匿,早期临床表现不明显,症状无特异性,应引起临床医生高度警惕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review and retrospectively analyze the senile pancreatic cancer′s clinical manifestations,causes for misdiagnosis,treatment process,as well as diagnosis and treatment in early stage.Methods: Retrospective analysis which were based on clinical cases from multiple hospitals and time periods were carried out.Results: Pancreatic cancer had no particular symptoms at early stage,so misdiagnosis occurred in almost all clinical cases at different times,which directly affected the treatment method,treatment outcome and survivorship.Conclusion: Pancreatic cancer does not cause obvious symptoms in the early stage and has no distinctive clinical manifestation.Doctors must be highly aware of the possibilities.更多还原
