【摘要】 目的:观察无架水平牵引治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:对广西省玉林市妇幼保健院骨科股骨干骨折患儿78例进行皮肤牵引或骨牵引,将患肢直接平放床上,垫5～10 cm厚度的软质枕头,牵引绳通过与床尾的滑轮构成牵引系统,将患肢髋关节外展20°～30°,伸直自然位,屈膝20°～30°,分阶段进行临床体格检查和X线检查,评估骨折愈合及肢体畸形矫正情况。结果:第一阶段评估76例,患肢均达到固定并矫正重叠移位,骨折愈合良好;第二阶段评估64例,患肢畸形矫正满意;20例患儿显示患肢有6.6～9.3 mm过度生长,平均9.2 mm,没有明显的功能和外观的影响。结论:无架水平牵引治疗儿童股骨干骨折疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of horizontal traction method without support shelf in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture in children.Methods: 78 cases of children with femoral shaft fractures in maternal and child health hospital were used skeletal traction or skin traction,sicken limb was lied on the bed direct,meanwhile 5-10 cm thickness of soft pillow was paded,traction system was consisted with traction rope form through the end of the bed pulley,sicken limb was placed on soft pillow with hip outreach 20°-30° with straight and natural position,knee flexion 20°-30°.Clinical physical and X-ray were examined in different phases,fracture healing and limb deformity correction were assessed.Results: 76 cases of children who were assessed in the first stage,fix and correction shift was attained in sicken limbs,fracture healing well;64 cases who were assessed in the second stage,the sicken limbs deformity were corrected satisfaction,20 patients’ sicken limbs showed 6.6-9.3 mm overgrowth with average of 9.2 mm,there was no obvious functional and aesthetic impact.Conclusion: The efficacy of horizontal traction methods without support shelf in the treatment of the femoral shaft fracture in children is good.更多还原
