【摘要】 目的:探讨双侧解剖板固定肱骨远端C型骨折的疗效。方法:选择2002年1月～2010年5月我院闭合性肱骨远端C型(AO Müller分型)骨折患者100例,其中,C1型28例,C2型46例,C3型26例,均采用双侧解剖板内固定,术后按Aitken和Rorabeek标准评定肘关节功能。结果:100例患者随访8～18个月,平均11个月,优45例,良44例,可9例,差2例,优良率为89%,所有患者均无尺神经损伤并发症。结论:双侧解剖板固定肱骨远端C型骨折,疗效可靠,避免了尺神经损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the curative efficacy of bilateral anatomical plate internal internal fixation in the treatment of type C fractures of distal humerus.Methods: 100 cases of patients with type C(AO Müller type) fractures of distal humerus were selected from January 2002 to May 2010,28 cases with type C1 fractures,46 cases with type C2 and 26 cases with C3 type.All cases were treated with bilateral anatomical plate internal internal fixation.Aitken and Rorabeek standards were used to assess the function of elbow joint after operation.Results: All patients were followed up for 8 to 18 months,average of 11 months.Curative effect of excellent had 45 cases,44 cases of good,9 cases of common and 2 cases of poor.The rate of excellent and good was 89%.There was no ulnar nerve injury complications in all patients.Conclusion: Bilateral anatomical plate is effective in the treatment of type C fractures of distal humerus and it can also avoid ulnar nerve injury.更多还原
