【摘要】 目的:了解我院门诊使用中成药及中药的情况及发展趋势。方法:收集我院2004~2010年间的门诊就诊人数、使用中成药及中药的人数、中成药及中药的销售总金额,并计算出每年使用中成药及中药人数与门诊就诊人数比、中成药及中药处方的平均费用金额,并进行统计分析。结果:2004～2010年中成药的使用呈上升趋势,而中药的使用则相对呈下降趋势;2007~2009年中成药处方平均费用金额显著增长,2009~2010年中药处方平均费用金额显著增长。结论:我院门诊中成药使用广泛,具有独特优势和巨大潜力,中药的使用则需进一步加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To realize the application and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription and Traditional Chinese Medicine in our hospital.Methods: Patient amount in outpatient service,patient amount of using Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription and Traditional Chinese Medicine,marketing aggregate amount of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription and Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2004 to 2010 in our hospital were collected.Then the ratio of the patient of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription and Traditional Chinese Medicine application,the average expenses of prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine patent prescription and traditional Chinese medicine were worked out and proceeded statistical analysis.Results: The trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription application increased,and the trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine application decreased from 2004 to 2010.The average expenses of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription from 2007 to 2009 increased,and the average expenses of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2009 to 2010 increased.Conclusion: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription application in our hospital is widespread,it has special superiority and enormous potential.But the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine need reinforce further.更多还原
