【摘要】 目的:探讨小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的160例(160只眼)患者,分别行小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术与白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术的临床资料,并对术后视力、术中、术后并发症进行比较。结果:小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术与白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术的术后效果无明显差异,但对过熟期白内障及硬核性白内障更安全,更经济实用。结论:小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术与白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术疗效相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),前者简便、易行、经济,适宜于基层医院开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of small incision cataract surgery and phacoemulsification.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2008 to December 2010 admitted 160 patients(160 eyes)patients,respectively,sutureless small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in cataract phacoemulsification.The clinical data of intraocular lens implantation and visual acuity,postoperative complications were compared.Rusults:Small incision non-phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification had no significant differences in effect,but more safely,economicai and practical for the well-off period of cataract and cataract hard core.Conclusion:The curative effect between the two kinds of operation mentioned above are almost the same and have no markable difference(P>0.05).The former is simple and convenient in operation and economical which is suitable for the basic hospitals.更多还原
