【摘要】 目的:观察密钙息治疗老年人脊柱压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:在80例单纯胸腰椎段脊柱压缩性骨折的老年患者中,分别建立一般治疗组(A组)和密钙息治疗组(B组),每组随机分配40例患者,通过治疗比较两组的临床疗效和骨密度(BMD)值。结果:A组治疗7、30 d的临床疗效优良率为(5.8±21.6)%和(17.5±37.2)%,骨密度(BMD)治疗前后骨密度(BMD)值分别为:(0.639±0.049)g/cm2和(0.561±0.032)g/cm2;B组在治疗7、30 d的临床疗效优良率为(30.5±47.5)%和(52.3±36.5)%,治疗前后BMD分别为:(0.639±0.050)g/cm2和(0.640±0.032)g/cm2;A、B二组在临床疗效和治疗后BMD值经t检验,二者存在明显差异。结论:密钙息在老年人脊柱压缩性骨折治疗中,能提高其临床疗效,增加骨密度值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the Miacalcic treatment of vertebral compression fractures in elderly patients.Methods:In 80 patients with simple thoracic and lumbar spine compression fractures in elderly patients,the treatment group generally were established(A group) and treatment group(B group) were randomly assigned 40 cases,two groups were compared by the clinical efficacy of the treatment and bone mineral density(BMD) values.Results:A group for 7 days,30 days of the clinical efficacy was excellent(5.8±21.6)% and(17.5±37.2)%,bone mineral density(BMD),bone mineral density before and after treatment(BMD) values were(0.639±0.049) g/cm2 and(0.561±0.032) g/cm2;B group 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of 30 days was excellent(30.5±47.5)%,and(52.3±36.5)%,BMD before and after treatment were(0.639±0.050) g/cm2 and(0.640±0.032) g/cm2;The two groups after treatment in the clinical efficacy and BMD values by t test,significant differences exist between the two groups.Conclusion:Miacalcic spinal compression fractures in the elderly treatment can improve the clinical efficacy,increase bone density.更多还原
