原子吸收分光光度法测定二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量
Determination of Pb in Erhuasancao Mixture by atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 目的:建立二花三草合剂中重金属铅含量测定的原子吸收分光光度法。方法:采用消解法消解样品,以原子吸收分光光度法测定二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量。结果:重金属铅的含量在0~0.150μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为103.3%(n=9,RSD=4.35%),二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量符合相关规定。结论:所建方法简便﹑快速,重现性好,专属性强,灵敏度高,适合测定二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an atomic absorption spectrometry method to determinate Pb in Erhuasanchao Mixtrue.Methods:The sample was deteriorated by digestion system,and atomic absorption spectrometry method was applied to determine the content of Pb in Erhuasanchao Mixtrue.Results:The good linear relation between the absorbance and the concentration of Pb was within the range of 0-0.150 μg/ml(r=0.999 5),the average recovery was 103.3%(n=9,RSD=4.35%).Conclusion:The method is sensitive,specific,simple,and suitable for the determination of Pb content in Erhuasanchao Mixtrue.
