【摘要】 目的:探讨经鼻胃镜在儿科上消化道疾病中的应用情况。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的62例上消化道疾病患儿的临床资料,依据胃镜方式不同分为经口胃镜组和经鼻胃镜组。结果:经鼻胃镜组鼻外孔缘距离、实施前后心率、血压波动均值均明显优于经口胃镜组(t=4.65、8.43、7.84,P<0.05),经鼻胃镜组患儿观察效果明显优于经口胃镜组(χ2=5.61、3.34、3.36,P<0.05),经鼻胃镜组患儿恶心、呕吐不良反应程度明显优于经口胃镜组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.94、2.67、6.92、23.73、35.29、3.21、30.81、3.36,P<0.05)。经鼻胃镜组和经口胃镜组浅表性胃炎、十二指肠肠炎、糜烂性胃炎、食管炎、食管灼伤、幽门狭窄、胆汁反流性胃炎发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经鼻胃镜在儿科上消化道疾病中的应用可以明显降低不良反应,提高诊断准确率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach application of nasal gastroscope in pediatric upper gastrointestinal disease.Methods:To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of upper gastrointestinal disease by upper gastrointestinal in our hospital,which were to be divided into peros gastroscope group and per nasal gastroscope group by different gastroscope.Results:The nose peritreme distance,heart rate enforce circa,blood pressure fluctuation mean of per nasal gastroscope group were better than those of peros gastroscope group(t=4.65,8.43,7.84,P<0.05),the detection results of per nasal gastroscope group were better than those of peros gastroscope group(χ2=5.61,3.34,3.36,P<0.05),the nausea,disgorging untoward reaction of per nasal gastroscope group were better than those of peros gastroscope group(χ2=24.94,2.67,6.92,23.73,35.29,3.21,30.81,3.36,P<0.05).The incidence rate of superficial gastritis,dodecadactylon enteritis,erosive gastritis,esophagitis,esophagus scorch,pyloric stenosis,bile reflux gastritis in the per nasal gastroscope group and peros gastroscope group had no obviously difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of upper gastrointestinal disease in pediatrics by upper gastrointestinal which is depressing untoward reaction and increasing accurate rate.It is worthy of application in the clinic.更多还原
