【摘要】 目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将我院2010年4月～2011年4月就诊的慢性支气管炎患者90例随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各45例。治疗组用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,对照组患者用必嗽平注射液进行治疗,对比其临床疗效。结果:经过1周治疗后,对照组总有效率为75.5%,治疗组为97.7%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎疗效显著,副作用小,值得临床应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinic effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods: From April 2010 to April 2011,90 chronic bronchitis patients were divided into the treatment group(n=45) and the control group(n=45).The patients in the treatment group received Ambroxol Hydrochloride therapy,while those in the control group received Brombexine therapy,the clinic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results: The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 97.7%,while the control group was only 75.5% after 7 days of treatment,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effects of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in treatment of chronic bronchitis is of significant curative effect.更多还原
