Galectin-3在胎膜早破孕妇胎膜中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的:通过检测胎膜早破孕妇胎膜组织中Galectin-3的表达,探讨其与胎膜早破及绒毛膜羊膜炎的关系。方法:选取胎膜早破孕妇50例作为胎膜早破组,包括足月前胎膜早破组(PPROM)24例、足月胎膜早破组(TPROM)26例。选择正常非胎膜早破孕妇30例作为对照组。免疫组化方法测定各组孕妇胎膜组织中Galectin-3的表达。结果:①胎膜早破组孕妇胎膜组织中Galectin-3的阳性率为60.0%,对照组为36.7%,胎膜早破组明显高于正常对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②绒毛膜羊膜炎孕妇的Galectin-3的阳性率高于非绒毛膜羊膜炎孕妇,且Galectin-3的阳性率与羊膜炎的病理分级呈正相关,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Galectin-3与胎膜早破及绒毛膜羊膜炎密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the expression of Galectin-3 in fetal membranes of premature women with premature rupture of membranes(PROM),to explore the correlations beteewn PROM and chorioamnionitis.Methods: 50 cases of pregnant women with PROM including 24 cases of preterm PROM(PPROM) and 26 cases of term PROM(TPROM) were selected,and 30 cases of pregnant women without PROM were selected as the control group.Galectin-3 in fetal membranes was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results: ①The positive rate of Galectin-3 was 60% in fetal membranes of premature women with PROM and 36.7% in the control group.The positive rate of Galectin-3 in PROM group was increased significantly compared to that in the control group(P<0.05).②The positive rate of Galectin-3 in fetal membranes of premature women with chorioamnionitis was higher than that in fetal membranes of premature women without chorioamnionitis,and the positive rate was positively correlated with pathological grade of amnionitis,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Galectin-3 is closely related to PROM and chorioamnionitis.
