Cu2+络合法测定枸橼酸钙含量

【摘要】 目的:建立一种测定枸橼酸钙含量的方法。方法:利用枸橼酸盐与Cu2+的络合物具有紫外吸收的特点,采用紫外分光光度法测定枸橼酸钙含量,CuSO4溶液浓度为0.005 mol/L,检测波长240 nm。结果:枸橼酸钙在4.06~48.72μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.9%。结论:Cu2+络合法简单、快速、稳定、准确。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination of calcium citrate.Methods:The content of calcium citrate was measured by UV.The concentration of CuSO4 was 0.005 mol/L.The detection wavelength was 240 nm.Calcium citrate formed a complex compound by reacting with Cu2+ which had a specific absorption.Results:It was linear in the concentration range of 4.06-48.72 μg/mL.The recovery was 99.6%,with RSD of 0.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,stable and accurate.
