【摘要】 目的:了解我院阿片类镇痛药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用金额比例排序、用药频度(DDDs)、日限定费用(DDDc)等指标,对我院2005～2009年阿片类镇痛药进行统计、分析。结果:5年来我院吗啡缓释片的用药频度和金额呈逐年上升趋势,吗啡注射液和芬太尼注射液保持相对稳定,哌替啶则逐年下降。结论:我院阿片类镇痛药使用基本合理,口服吗啡已成为镇痛类用药主流,还应引进芬太尼贴剂等更多品种和剂型以满足临床用药需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know the use of Opioid Analgesics in our hospital,providing the references for clinical using.Methods: The data of opioid Analgesics were analyzed and compared in respect to the sorting of amount of money,defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily drug cost(DDDc) and other indicators in our hospital from 2005 to 2009.Results: In the last 5 years,the DDDs and amount of money of Morphine Tablets were continuously increasing year by year,while Morphine Injection and Fentanyl Injection remained relatively steady,Pethidine Injection was declining year by year.Conclusion: The use of Opioid Analgesics in our hospital are reasonable primitively.Morphine is become the main medication in oral Analgesic.We should need to introduce more preparations and dosage forms,for example Fentanyl Patch for meeting the clinical application.更多还原
