【摘要】 目的:探讨综合干预对容桂社区初诊代谢综合征(MS)的影响。方法:从本地区35～74岁的常住居民中筛选出MS患者260例为调查对象,进行综合干预。结果:综合干预前后认知行为比较,综合干预后得到明显改善,与干预前比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。MS控制指标,FPG、SBP、TC、TG、LDL-C综合干预后均有明显改善,与干预前比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),BMI、WHR、DBP、HDL-C综合干预后均有明显改善,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预,对本地区初诊MS多个危险因素有明显的效果。更多还原
