肠球菌在各类感染标本中分布及耐药情况分析
The distribution and drug resistance analysis of enterococcus in various infection samples
【摘要】 目的:分析肠球菌在各类感染标本中分布与常用药物敏感性情况,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:收集我院2008年9月~2010年9月各科临床标本分离出的125株肠球菌属,采用法国梅里埃生物鉴定系统进行菌种鉴定,并采用扩散法进行耐药监测。结果:125株肠球菌主要分布在泌尿标本与伤口分泌物标本。其中粪肠球菌为95株,屎肠球菌为20株,其他肠球菌为10株。肠球菌属对常见抗生素呈多重性耐药,但对万古霉素则有较高的敏感性。结论:肠球菌属感染部位以泌尿系最为多见,粪肠球菌是肠球菌属中导致医院内感染最常见的病原菌,肠球菌属对多种抗生素呈现高度的耐药性。临床在治疗肠球菌感染时,应根据耐药特点和药敏试验结果合理选用抗生素。
【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the distribution and drug resistance analysis of enterococcus in various infection samples for giving reference to the clinical treatment.Methods: 125 strains of enterococcus genus identificed in the biological identification systems were selected from september 2008 to september 2010 in our hospital.Results: 125 strains of enterococcus enterococcus mainly distributed in the urinary specimens and wound secretion specimens,in which there were 95 enterococcus faecalis,20 strains of enterococcus feces and 10 strains of other enterococci strains.Enterococcus were multi drug resistance to antibiotics,but vancomycin had higher sensitivity,the resistance rate was only 8.0%.Conclusion: The enterococcus are the most in the urinary tract infection,the enterococcus faecalis is the most common cause of nosocomial infection pathogen,enterococcus show a high degree of multiple antibiotic resistance.Enterococcus bacteria in the treatment of clinical infection should be based on drug resistance and drug susceptibility test results and reasonable use of antibiotics to control the generation of resistant enterococci.
