【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育在心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗中的作用。方法:将使用华法林治疗的心房颤动患者64例随机分为健康教育组32例和对照组32例,通过患者服药依从性指标对两组护理效果进行比较。结果:健康教育组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对华法林抗凝治疗的房颤患者进行健康教育,可更合理地规范用药,提高患者的依从性,提升护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of Warfarin in the anticoagulation treatment for patients with atrial fibrilation.Methods: Sixty four patients with atrial fibrilation and receving anticoagutation treatment of Warfarin were divided randomly into the health education group(32 cases) an the control group(32 cases),the compliance was compared between the two groups.Results: Health education group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Application of health education in the anticoagulation treatment of Warfarin for patients with atrial fibrilation could ensure an reasonable medications,improve patients compliance and increase nursing quality.更多还原
