【摘要】 目的:探讨前列舒通胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法:对于入组123例良性前列腺增生的患者有早期下尿路症状者,给予单纯口服前列舒通胶囊,治疗前后观察国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及最大尿流率的变化。结果:治疗后患者I-PSS国际前列腺的症状评分明显降低(P<0.05),最大尿流率升高(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊能显著改善早期良性前列腺增生的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Shutong Capsules for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods: 123 cases with the early lower urinary tract symptoms of BPH were treated with the pure Qianlie Shutong Capsules,recording IPSS and maximum flow rate before and after treatment.Results: IPSS had a conspicuous decrease(P<0.05),the maximum flow rate had a conspicuous increase(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qianlie Shutong Capsules can significantly improve the early lower urinary tract symptoms of BPH.更多还原
