【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒(color Doppler)对脂肪肝(fatty liver)的临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年2月～2010年3月对8 665例个人和团体进行健康体检,通过彩色多普勒确诊为脂肪肝的1 496例患者的临床资料,并进行分析。结果:本组进行健康体检的8 665例中,1 496例经彩色多普勒根据声像图表现诊断为脂肪肝,且与CT及病理结果比较,两者诊断正确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒对脂肪肝的诊断及鉴别诊断是很重要的影像学方法,具有较高的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the value of color Doppler in the clinical diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods: A retrospective analysis on 8 665 cases of individuals’ and groups’ physical examination in our hospital from February 2006 to March 2010 was made.The clinical data of 1 496 patients diagnosed with fatty liver by color Doppler were analyze.Results: Among 8 665 cases of physical examination,1 496 were diagnosed to have fatty liver according to the sonogram by color Doppler.Compared with the results of CT and pathology,there was no significant difference in the aspect of diagnostic accuracy between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion: Color Doppler diagnosis of fatty liver and differential diagnosis is a very important imaging method with high diagnostic value.更多还原
