抗病毒口服液中广藿香含量测定方法研究
Establishment of content determination of Pogostemon cablin in Kangbingdu Oral
【摘要】 目的:建立抗病毒口服液中挥发性成分百秋李醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法对抗病毒口服液进行分析,以内标法测定百秋李醇的含量。结果:百秋李醇在0.052 5～0.420 0 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系。结论:所建立的方法稳定可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for content determination of Pogostemon cablin in Kangbingdu Oral.Methods: Kangbingdu Oral was determinated by GC and used Patchouli alcohol as internal standard.Results: The linear relationship of Patchouli alcohol was from 0.052 5 mg/ml to 0.420 0 mg/ml.Conclusion: This method is stable and reliable,can be used for quality control in Kangbingdu Oral.
