【摘要】 目的:探索糖尿病患者和非糖尿病人群肝药酶细胞色素P450(CYP2C9)基因多态性。方法:对入选的研究对象使用CYP2C9基因分型实时荧光PCR试剂盒进行CYP2C9基因多态性检测。结果:本研究糖尿病患者380例,CYP2C9﹡1/﹡3基因型频率为4.21%;非糖尿病人群208例,CYP2C9﹡1/﹡3基因型频率为5.77%。糖尿病患者与非糖尿病人群比较,CYP2C9基因多态性分布差异无统计学意义。结论:糖尿病患者与非糖尿病人群均存在CYP2C9基因多态性,检测患者CYP2C9基因分型可提供用药参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the cytochrome P450(CYP2C9) gene polymorphism of diabetic patients and non-diabetic population.Methods: CYP2C9 gene polymorphism was detected by real-time PCR in objects.Results: 380 cases of diabetes were studied in this research,the CYP2C9*1/*3 genotype frequency was 4.21%.208 cases of non-diabetic population were studied,the CYP2C9*1/*3 genotype frequency was 5.77%.No significant difference was observed in the frequencies between diabetic patients and non-diabetic population.Conclusion: CYP2C9 gene polymorphism exist in diabetic patients and non-diabetic population.Detection of CYP2C9 genotyping can provide drug reference.更多还原
