【摘要】 目的:建立测定坎地沙坦酯分散片含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(700∶300∶0.3∶0.3),检测波长:254 nm,流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:坎地沙坦酯在1.062 5～10.500 0μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.1%(n=5),RSD为0.24%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,适应于坎地沙坦酯分散片的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of Candesartan cilexetil dispersible Tablets by HPLC.Methods: The chromatographic column was symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile,water,phosphoric acid and triethylamine(700∶300∶0.3∶0.3) with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results: The linear range of concentration of Candesartan cilexetil was 1.062 5-10.500 0 μg/ml.The average recovery was 100.1% with a RSD of 0.24%.Conclusion: The method is simple,fast and accurate.It is suitable for content determination of Candesartan cilexetil dispersible Tablets.更多还原
