【摘要】 目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折伴前交叉韧带附着点撕脱的治疗措施。方法:15例病例均为Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折合并前交叉韧带附着点撕脱,术前行DR、三维CT检查,了解胫骨平台骨折及前交叉韧带附着点撕脱的骨折情况,均行手术切开复位钢板内固定胫骨平台,螺丝钉或钢丝固定前交叉韧带附着点撕脱骨折端。结果:手术复位固定满意,早期关节练功后功能恢复良好,走路基本正常,关节无疼痛、稳定。结论:早期手术有效复位固定,能恢复膝关节的稳定性和关节屈伸功能,早期恢复行走功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment measures of the tibial plateau fracture with anterior cruciate ligament attachment points tear off.Methods:15 cases with Ⅵ tibial plateau fracture and anterior cruciate ligament tear off,had preoperative DR,three-dimensional CT examination.The tibial fractures and anterior cruciate ligament attachment points had a line surgical incision and were reseted plate to fix tibial plateau;anterior cruciate ligament attachment points were fixed with screws or steel wire.Results:Surgery operation was satisfaction,joint function had a good recovery after early exercise,walk without pain,joint function was basic normal and stable.Conclusion:Early effective surgical operation,can make knee stability and joint flexion function and walking function early recovery.更多还原
