【摘要】 介绍了国外ADR处理医疗纠纷模式。在此基础上,提出要结合我国国情,设立医疗纠纷调解委员会以处理医疗纠纷,需要强调的是必须确保医疗纠纷调解委员会的独立性、调解员的专业性,实行异地鉴定,非诉讼纠纷解决程序模式与诉讼机制相互衔接,如此方可保证调解结果的公正性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The medical dissention solving patern by Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) abroad is introduced in this paper.Under the edification of ADR,it is proposed to set up Medical Dissention Mediation Committee(MDMC) to deal with medical disputes according to the practical situation in our country.It should be emphasized that the independence of MDMC and the specialty of mediator must be ensured,moreover,it is recommended to make identification in a third place.Consequently,ADR model and the interface between the action mechanism,the fairness of the mediation results can be guaranteed.更多还原
