灵芝孢子粉联合脑源性神经生长因子对神经干细胞分化的影响

【摘要】 神经干细胞的研究迅速成为生命科学尤其是神经科学的热点,包括神经干细胞的分离、体外培养、定向分化到体内移植治疗神经系统疾病,都取得了较大的发展。广泛开展中药及其有效成分对神经干细胞定向分化影响的研究,为中药有效成分的提纯及临床应用奠定基础。在此探讨应用灵芝孢子联合脑源性神经生长因子对神经干细胞的增殖分化水平的影响,希望能为干细胞或前体细胞移植治疗相关疾病作有益探索。

【Abstract】 Neural stem cell research is rapidly becoming the hot issue of life sciences,especially the neuroscience,considerable progress has been made in various fields including neural stem cells separation,cultivation in vitro,directed differentiation and in vivo transplantation to treat nervous system diseases.Extensive research on traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredient directed differentiation of neural stem cell has set up foundation for the purification and clinical application of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine.Here is to review the application of ganoderma lucidum spore(GLS)powder combined with brain-derived neurotrophic factor to increase neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation level,hoping to make a contributive exploration to the treatment of related diseases by transplantation of stem cells or precursor cells.
