PI3K-AKT信号通路在急性胰腺炎发病与进展中的作用
The Role of PI3K-AKT Signaling Pathway in Pathogenesis and Progress of Acute Pancreatitis
【摘要】 急性胰腺炎(AP)被认为是与全身炎性反应综合征密切相关的全身性疾病,目前发病机制尚不清楚,但炎性反应及胰腺细胞的凋亡坏死是AP的基本病理过程。磷酸肌醇3激酶-蛋白激酶B(PI3K-PKB/Akt)信号通路的研究已明确其在细胞生长、增殖、凋亡、炎症等细胞功能中发挥重要作用。PI3K-AKT信号通路是否参与AP的发病与进展及其机制仍无一致意见。现就PI3K-Akt信号通路在AP中的作用进行综述。
【Abstract】 Acute pancreatitis(AP)is believed to be a systemic disease,which is associated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome.Though the mechanism still needs further study,the inflammation and apoptosis and necrosis of pancreatic cells are the basic pathologic process in AP.Phosphotydilinosital-3-kinase-protein kinase B(PI3K-PKB/Akt)signaling pathway has been proved to play a critical role in cellular growth,cell proliferation,apoptosis and inflammation etc..There is still no consensus on whether the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway participates in the pathogenesis and progress of AP.Here is to review the role of PI3K-Akt signaling pathway in AP.
