【摘要】 目的探讨急性百草枯(PQ)中毒患者血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平与预后的关系。方法急性PQ中毒患者62例,以住院期间死亡为观察终点,分为存活组和死亡组,两组患者分别于中毒后第1天、第7天与第14天检测HMGB1水平,另择40例健康者作为对照组,各组之间比较并进行统计学分析。结果死亡组于中毒后第1天、第7天与第14天血清HMGB1明显高于存活组(P<0.01),存活组于中毒后第1天、第7天与第14天血清HMGB1明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清HMGB1作为重要的晚期炎性介质参与急性PQ中毒的病理生理过程,动态观察其水平有助于急性PQ中毒病程检测及患者预后的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum the high mobility group protein B1 and the prognosis of the patients with acute paraquat poisoning.Methods 62 patients were divided into two groups,the death group and the survival group,according to death in hospital.On the 1st day,the 7th day and the 14th day after poison,serum HMGB1 were detected,with 40 healthy subjects as controls.Comparison between each group and statistical analysis was made among the groups.Results After poison on the 1st day,the 7th,14th day,serum HMGB1 of the death group was higher than in the survival group obviously(P<0.01).After poison on the 1st day,the 7th,14th day,serum HMGB1 of the survival group was higher than in the control group obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion HMGB1,as an important late mediators of inflammation,may be involved in the development of acute paraquat poisoning.Dynamic measurements of circulating HMGB1 levels should be helpful to monitor the disease course and judge the prognosis of patients with acute paraquat poisoning.更多还原
