【Abstract】 Gestational trophoblastic disease is a group of diseases derived from the placental trophoblast cells,including hydatidiform mole,invasive hydatidiform mole,placental trophoblastic tumor and choriocarcinoma,is one of the gynecological diseases seriously threatening women′s health.With the application of chemotherapy,gestational trophoblastic tumor cure rate can reach 80%-90%,making it the first of the malignant tumors which can be cured by chemotherapy.The genesis and development of gestational trophoblastic disease is a complex pathological process with multiple factors.Modern medical research of the disease have a better understanding of the pathogenesis.更多还原
