【摘要】 目的探讨三镜联合治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的方法和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析腹腔镜、胰十二指肠镜、胆管镜三镜联合治疗胆管结石382例的临床资料。结果 12例中转开腹手术,余均获成功,无死亡病例及术后严重并发症。结论三镜联合微创治疗胆管结石效果优于开腹手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim is to analysis the methods and effects of triad comb ination treatment in the conflation of gall stones and common duct stones.Methods Retrospectivly analyse the clinical data of 382 cases in abdominal,pancreatic duodenums,bile ductand triad combination treatment in common duct stones.Results 12 cases were converted to celiotomy.The others were successful in all.No death and serious complication after surgery.Conclusion The effect of triad combination treatment in common duct stones is better than celiotomy.更多还原
