【摘要】 川崎病是一种病因尚不明确的以全身血管炎为主要病变的急性、自限性儿童发热出疹性疾病。未经治疗患儿有20%～25%发生冠状动脉损害,晚期可发展成冠状动脉狭窄或血栓形成,甚至导致心肌梗死。因此,早期诊断川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变、心肌运动异常、心脏收缩舒张功能受损等是十分必要的。近年来,Tei指数、多普勒组织成像、应变率成像等技术越来越能准确地评价川崎病患儿心功能损害情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kawasaki disease is an acute,self-limited vasculitis syndrome of unknown etiology that occurs predominantly in infants and young children,and there is a 20%～25% chance of serious cardiovascular damage if the treatment is not given early in the course of the disease,which may develop into persistent coronary artery aneurysms or stenosis,and might subsequently lead to ischemic heart disease or myocardial infarction and even sudden death.Thus,to make a correct assessment of ventricular regional myocardial function is essential to the prognosis of Kawasaki disease.Recently developed new techniques:Tei index,Doppler tissue imaging,strain rate imaging etc..更多还原
