Axin在细胞凋亡中的作用
Roles of Axin in Cell Apoptosis
【摘要】 轴蛋白(Axin)作为一个构架蛋白,具有许多的结构域,并与相应蛋白直接或间接结合而发挥其生物作用,在胚胎发育、肿瘤发生、细胞凋亡等病理生理过程中扮演着重要角色。作为Wnt信号通路的负调因子,能下调β连环蛋白水平来调节细胞凋亡,能通过激活c-Jun氨基末端激酶信号通路来调节细胞凋亡,能与Daxx、同源结构域相互作用蛋白2形成三聚体,从而激活p53信号通路来调节细胞凋亡。因此,Axin主要参与调节这三条信号通路,并由线粒体途径来调节细胞凋亡。现就Axin在细胞凋亡方面的进展予以综述。
【Abstract】 Axin,serving as a scaffold protein,has many domains which can directly or indirectly interact with corresponding proteins to play its biological function.It plays a critical role in embryonic development,tumorigenesis and cell apoptosis.Axin can negatively regulate the Wnt signaling pathway via down-regulatingβcatenin to regulate cell apoptosis.Meanwhile,Axin can activate c-Jun N-terminal kinases signaling pathway in several cell lines,which leads to cell apoptosis.Axin can also react with the Daxx/Homeodomain-interacting protein kinase 2/p53 complex to regulate apoptosis.Axin is mainly involved in these three signaling pathways through mitochondrial approach to regulate the cell apoptosis.Here is to review the research progress of Axin in cell apoptsis.
