Smads与器官纤维化关系的研究进展
Research Progress in Relationship between Smads and Organ Fibrosis
【摘要】 Smads蛋白家族具有广泛的生物学功能,Smads与器官纤维化疾病关系的研究正日益受到关注。Smads蛋白群在器官纤维化疾病中表达增加、活性升高。Smads蛋白可以将转化生长因子β、血管紧张素Ⅱ、糖基化终末产物等的促纤维化信号转导至细胞内,进一步移位至细胞核内,启动细胞核内下游相关的基因转录,参与细胞的生长、增殖、凋亡、形态发生、免疫反应等过程,参与各种纤维化疾病的发生和发展。
【Abstract】 In recent years,more and more attetion are paid to the relationships between Smads proteins,which have broad biological functions,and organ fibrosis.The expression and activity of Smads are increased in organ fibrosis diseases.Smads proteins can transform growth factor β,AngⅡ,and AGEs into the cells then translocate to the nucleus and trigger the transcription of target downstream genes.Smads proteins play essential roles in numerous heterogeneous biological activities,such as cell growth,proliferation,apoptosis,morphogenesis,and immune response,involved in the genesis and development of various fibrosis diseases.
