冠状动脉支架术后炎性反应与再狭窄及其干预的研究

【摘要】 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗已经成为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的重要治疗手段,炎性反应贯穿于支架植入术中及术后,并成为支架术后再狭窄的关键性因素。治疗的目的一方面要防止细胞增殖和血管壁的重构,一方面要减少局部和机体系统的持续炎性反应,抗血小板药物、他汀类药物、药物涂层支架等从各环节抑制支架术后炎性反应,降低再狭窄的发生率。内皮祖细胞在防止再狭窄中有望得到良好应用,生物可降解支架可能为患者带来更大的益处。

【Abstract】 Percutaneous coronary intervention has already become an important therapeutic modality of coronary heart disease.Inflammatory response exists continually throughout in and after stent implantation,which is a key factor of restenosis following stenting.The purpose of the treatment is to prevent proliferation and reconstruction of arterial wall.Moreover,local and systemic anti-inflammatory agents,antiplatelet drugs,statins,and drug-eluting stents are used to inhibit inflammation in many ways,and reduce the incidence of restenosis.Endothelial progenitor cells are expected to be promising in the prevention of restenosis.Biodegradable stents may also be beneficial for patients.
