【摘要】 Stat3是重要的信号转导与转录因子,与细胞的异常增殖密切有关,很多研究表明,Stat3在恶性肿瘤组织和肿瘤细胞中异常表达。近年来,STAT3信号通路在恶性肿瘤中的作用越来越受重视,参与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移,已经成为临床治疗的靶基因。信号通路中Stat3能被多种因子激活,活化后的Stat3转录激活下游的靶基因,进一步引起一系列相关因子的激活和蛋白的表达,促进恶性肿瘤的发展、侵袭和转移。但是,STAT3信号通路对恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移的整个过程的具体作用机制还不十分明确,有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stat3 is one of the most important signal transduction and transcription factors,it has a close relation with the cell proliferation.Many researches demonstrated that Stat3 expressed differentially in malignant tumour tissues and tumour cells.In recent years,more and more attentions has been paid on the role of STAT3 signal pathway in malignant tumour.It is connected with the tumour,s occur,procession,invasive and transfor,and it has already been the theropic target gene in clinical trial.STAT3 pathway can be activated by many cytokine,activated Stat3 transcribe activated downstream target gene,further more,activated many correlation factors and protein expression,promotes malignant tumour progress,invasive and metastasis.But the mechanism about STAT3 pathway in the malignant tumour occour,progression,invasive,and transfor remained unclear.And need further study.更多还原
