【Abstract】 Pax3 is an important transcription factor that is closely associated with the development of nervous system.In the development of neural tube,Pax3 is involved in the spinal dorsal ventral pattern formation by affecting the differentiation and apoptosis of neurons of dorsal neural tube,which can affect the neural tube closure.In the development of neural crest,Pax3 is an important regulatory factor in neural crest cell migration and differentiation of various types of cells.The overexpression or underexpression of PAX can lead to the occurrences of associated diseases.Neural tube and neural crest developmental disorders can result in neural tube defects.更多还原
