Pax3与神经管畸形发育的研究进展

【摘要】 Pax3是一种重要的转录调控因子,与神经系统发育密切相关。在神经管发育中,Pax3参与脊髓背腹侧模式的形成,通过影响神经管背侧神经元的分化及细胞的凋亡,可影响神经管的闭合。在神经嵴发育中,Pax3是神经嵴细胞迁移及向各类细胞分化的重要调控因子,其表达过高或过低都可导致相关疾病的发生。神经管和神经嵴的发育障碍都可导致神经管畸形的发生。

【Abstract】 Pax3 is an important transcription factor that is closely associated with the development of nervous system.In the development of neural tube,Pax3 is involved in the spinal dorsal ventral pattern formation by affecting the differentiation and apoptosis of neurons of dorsal neural tube,which can affect the neural tube closure.In the development of neural crest,Pax3 is an important regulatory factor in neural crest cell migration and differentiation of various types of cells.The overexpression or underexpression of PAX can lead to the occurrences of associated diseases.Neural tube and neural crest developmental disorders can result in neural tube defects.
