【摘要】 华法林是目前广泛应用的口服抗凝药,为维生素K拮抗剂。华法林用药的个体差异很大。遗传、饮食、药物、疾病的状态等均对华法林抗凝有影响。在众多影响因素中,各因素的影响因素所占的比重均不相同,以遗传因素所占的比重最大。近年来主要的研究热点也在遗传方面,如细胞色素蛋白质2C9基因多态性以及载脂蛋白E多态性的研究等;各种药物和饮食对华法林影响因素也逐渐发现。因此,熟悉并掌握各种影响因素对华法林的影响及应用有着重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Warfarin is now widely used oral anticoagulants,is a vitamin K antagonists.Warfarin drugs of individual difference is very big.Genetic,food,medicaments,disease condition and so on have all influence the anticoagulation of warfarin.In recent years the main research hotspots in genetic aspects,such as the research of cytochromes protein 2C9 gene polymorphism and apolipoprotein E polymorphism,etc.;Various drugs and dietary which affect the anticoagulation of warfarin have also gradually be found.Therefore,good knowledge of various factors which have the influence of warfarin has an important guiding significance for clinical doctors.更多还原
