【摘要】 Collectrin特异性表达于肾脏近端小管和集合管以及胰岛β细胞,在肾脏Collectrin参与集合管初级纤毛的形成并保持其极性,并且在肾脏氨基酸的转运中发挥重要作用。在胰腺Collec-trin不仅可以增强胰岛素的分泌,而且还可以刺激胰岛β细胞增殖。在体内Collectrin的表达主要受肝细胞核因子1α的调节,并通过与可溶性NSF附着蛋白受体复合体相互作用而发挥上述作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collectrin highly express on renal proximal tubules and collecting ducts as well as pancreatic beta-cells.The present research found that Collectrin is necessary for the maintenance of primary cilium and keeping its polarity,furthermore Collectrin plays an important role in amino acid transport in kidney.In the pancreas,Collectrin can not only strengthen insulin exocytosis,but also stimulate proliferation of islet β cell.Collectrin expression is mainly regulated by hepatocyte nuclear factor-1α,and Collectrin play the role mentioned above interacted with the SNARE complex.更多还原
