【摘要】 口腔颌面部双侧腮腺咬肌区的软组织外伤最易伤及腮腺导管。其治疗时机不同,预后效果也有所不同。腮腺导管损伤诊断不及时或治疗方法不当则可造成面颊部涎瘘等并发症,将会给患者带来生理功能的丧失和精神痛苦。实施早期的并合理的治疗措施,如导管端端吻合及药物治疗等都有助于预防涎瘘。对于仍伴有慢性涎瘘的病例,注射肉毒毒素可能成为新的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The parotideomasseteric region parenchyma trauma of oromaxillo-facial region most easily causes injury to Stensen′s duct.The prognosis effect differs as its cure occasion differs.Once the Stensen′s duct trauma does not deserve in-time or proper treatment,jugal salivary fistula and other complications may be caused,which will bring loss of physical function or mental suffering to the patient.To give early and reasonable treatment and measures,such as duct end anastomosis and medication,etc.will be helpful for preventing salivary fistula.With regard to chronic salivary fistula cases,botulin injection might become a new way.更多还原
