【Abstract】 The review of current literatures suggests that several common complication and side effects occur in the course of foam sclerotherapy for varicose,including injection site skin pigmentation,superficial thrombotic phlebitis,and visual disturbances.With the rapid development of foam sclerotherapy,it has more and more widely used in the treatment of venous disease.The ocurrence of treatment complications and adverse reactions gains gradual attention of clinicians.Preoperative risk assessment is critical,requiring more research on the pathogenesis.The monitoring and investigation into the complications and adverse reactions of sclerotherapy for venous disease,will improve the safety of the treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.更多还原
