【Abstract】 The patients who are seeking for urology surgeries are predominantly elders,which inevitably leads to higher incidence of surgical complication and higher mortality.Although Urology surgery has entered an era of Minimally invasive operation,hence significantly reducing the time length of operation,yet making the correct decisions on clinical strategies toward elderly patients still remain a complex situation;for example,what is the objective of the operation?
